Digital training plans for the fitness studio and the customer app
A digital training plan connects preparation by the team with execution on the training floor. The tested My Gym App test version offers a plan editor and a personal exercise view in the customer app.

Original recordings of the trial version with fictitious sample data. Interface and functionality may vary depending on version and setup.
Build plans from a shared exercise library
In the editor, select exercises from the library and arrange them in the plan. The order can be changed using the handle or the intended buttons. The plan includes a name and assignment to a member; a standard plan can serve as a common base. Responsible employee and location can also be stored.
Set repetitions, weight, and time appropriately
For the selected exercise, sets are edited directly. For repetition-based training, repetitions and weight are central; for time-based training, there is a separate training type. The specification should match the actual training goal. Different exercise types should therefore not be described by the same numerical value.

Execute the plan on the smartphone
In the customer app, the member receives the personal exercise view with set specifications and stored notes. In the tested view, repetitions and weight of a set can be recorded. An exercise can be skipped and a training ended. Available equipment positions and exercise videos complement the instructions as far as they are stored in the respective exercise entry.
Plan specifications are not training results yet
A planned set does not prove it has been performed. For meaningful support, specifications and actually recorded results must be distinguished. Discuss with your team when plans are adjusted and how member inquiries are handled. The shown training view is from a test version; advanced statistics functions are evaluated separately.
How to check the process in a demo
- Open standard plan or personal plan.
- Set exercises, sequence, and set specifications.
- Check the display with a test member on the smartphone.
Frequently Asked Questions
