We collect and process personal data only as far as necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. This includes particularly:

• Data you provide us through the contact form, such as name, company, email address, phone number, subject, and message.
• Technical data, e.g. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and time of server request.

Processing is done to respond to your request, provide the website, and ensure stability and security.

This website uses the Geist font family. The required font files are delivered together with the site. No direct connection to Google Fonts is made when loading the font.

Videos from YouTube in enhanced privacy mode and from Vimeo may be embedded on the website. The respective video player is only loaded when you actively open a video. Technical data such as your IP address may then be transmitted to Google/YouTube or to Vimeo. Preview images from YouTube can already establish a connection to YouTube when displayed. Vimeo is integrated with the "Do Not Track" parameter; technically necessary cookies may still be used. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply for further processing.

Contact and quotation requests are sent via our server by email to info@gymapp.ch. The email address you provide is used as the reply address. The sending service is operated by Hetzner.

To protect against automated requests, we use Google reCAPTCHA. The security check is loaded in the form after consent to these privacy policies. Technical data such as IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google; Google may use cookies or similar technologies. The transmission also takes place to servers outside Switzerland. Your message and contact details are not transmitted to the reCAPTCHA verification interface by our application.

Our website may use technically necessary cookies or similar storage technologies to ensure basic functions can be provided securely and reliably. Such technologies are not used to create personal user profiles without your consent.

You can configure your browser to notify you about cookie setting, allow cookies case-by-case, or block their storage entirely. With disabled cookies, some website functions may be limited.

We only collect page views, clicks, scroll depth, video interactions, active usage time and successful contact requests if you consent to the Statistics category in privacy settings. Your own statistics are stored on our Hetzner infrastructure. No names, emails, messages, passwords or payment data from forms are included in analytics. Page URLs are stored without query parameters and fragments.

For statistics, we use random visitor and session IDs. Consent decisions are stored for 90 days. Your IP address is temporarily processed with a local GeoIP database for approximate regional assignment and not stored in the analytics database. This assignment is inaccurate and can vary by mobile network or VPN. Regional evaluations are only shown from five different visitor IDs onwards.

Individual events in your statistics are summarized into daily statistics and removed after 180 days; these summaries are kept for a maximum of 730 days. Encrypted backups are subject to a separate backup cycle and are not used for ongoing evaluation.

Additionally, with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. The Google measurement is not loaded beforehand; advertising signals and personalized advertising are disabled. Google receives technical usage data and processes it according to its terms, possibly also in the USA. Our own and Google analyses are kept separate.

You can change or revoke your consent at any time via "Privacy Settings" in the footer. Revocation stops further analytics tracking. For information and deletion, contact info@gymapp.ch. Further information can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.

If you select "Allow" in the privacy window, you activate statistics and marketing. Then we load Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We use Pixel ID 649711818532496 to measure page views and successfully submitted contact or offer requests, evaluate ads on Facebook and Instagram, and create target groups. A previous consent for statistics does not count as marketing consent.

Meta can receive technical data such as your IP address, browser information, visited pages, and cookie identifiers and link them to a Meta account. Transfers to the USA are also possible. We do not pass names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or payment data from our forms to the pixel. Automatic configuration and enhanced automatic matching are disabled in our integration. We do not send pixel events on protected admin pages.

After your consent, Meta may use cookies _fbp and _fbc; their lifetime is usually up to 90 days. We store your marketing choice locally in the browser for 90 days. After denial, tracking remains disabled; on the next public site visit, we ask for your consent again. You can change or revoke your consent anytime via "Privacy Settings" in the footer. Revocation stops further pixel events and removes these Meta cookies on our domain; already transmitted data is not automatically deleted at Meta.

In the protected administration area, we analyze aggregated search performance data from our website via Google Search Console. Search queries containing recognizable email or phone number patterns and private pages are excluded before storage; URL parameters are removed. For report snapshots, a default retention period of 730 days applies; cleanup happens upon retrieval and during daily maintenance runs. This analysis does not load any additional tracking scripts in your browser.

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored with us at any time. Additionally, you can request correction or deletion of your data unless legal retention obligations prevent this. You can revoke any consent to data processing at any time with future effect.
