Gym 365: From Excel to central member documents
With My Gym App, we keep our member documents in one place. Invoices, membership confirmations and health insurance certificates are available to our members directly in the app. This makes the work around taking out a membership easier for us.

When we opened our studio, we managed our members with Excel. As membership grew, keeping accurate track of renewals and accounting became harder. We needed software that brought these tasks together and made it easier to stay on top of them.

Managing documents has become particularly easier for us. We used to prepare a lot by hand. Today, the documents are ready when a membership is taken out and immediately available to the member in the app. We no longer need to put them together individually in the same way.
