Sportstudio Allschwil: Member management without piles of paper
We run a long-established studio and wanted to make our administration easier to organise. With My Gym App, we made the move from paper-based processes to digital member management.
An established studio, a new way to organise
When we took over Sportstudio Allschwil, many processes were still managed on paper. We looked for software that would let us manage member information and memberships online. It was important to us to simplify organisation and make our workflows digital.
Register via a link and assign memberships centrally
Today, our members can register directly via a link. We add the appropriate memberships and manage members without paperwork. This is a big help in our daily work: information is available digitally instead of being spread across different paper records.
Personal support while working
We also appreciate the personal support. When we have questions or a problem comes up, we find the responses helpful and accommodating. What matters to us is having people we can contact who help us in our day-to-day studio work.
